IEIR 2025 campus

Registration Policy

  • For each paper, at least one author is required to complete a full registration by 5 Nov. 2025.
  • Each full registration includes free attendance for one participant and can cover up to two papers.
  • If at least one full registration have already registered, and there are additional participants, other participants should pay the fee according to the student registration standard.
  • Papers that are not presented will not be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.
  • Registered participants can attend the workshops free of charge.
  • Early-bird registration closes on 17 Oct. 2025. Payment must be in RMB or USD.
  • Registration withdrawal after 17 Oct. 2025 (12am UTC+8) will not be processed and the payment will not be refunded.

Important Notice for Workshop-only Participants
Since workshop-only participants do not have a Paper ID, please include your full name in the payment memo, and email both your name and the bank transaction note to erai@ccnu.edu.cn.

Registration Steps

  1. Read the payment policy before paying the fee.
  2. Finish the payment using one of the options below (Company A/C transfer or Personal Banking transfer).
  3. Download and complete the Registration Form.
  4. Email the filled form and your bank transaction note to erai@ccnu.edu.cn.
Important Reminders
(1) In the MEMO LINE, include: PAPER-ID IEIR2025 Registration (replace PAPER-ID with your CMT ID).
(2) Keep your bank transaction note after payment.
